Daz Edwards is the newest member of the Del Chronics, replacing Adam on guitar duties.
Daz’ musical influences date back to the early 70s glam energy of T-Rex, Sweet and Bowie and the heaviness of Black Sabbath. There then came Punk via The Sex Pistols and The Damned, plus the many New Wave bands which followed.
Favourite guitarists, which you may pick out occasionally are Tony Iommi, Mick Ronson, Ace Frehley and Steve Jones.
I started playing drums when I was 11 years old. My influences are Led Zeppelin, The Who and Black Sabbath. I play a Premier kit and use Zildjan and Sabian cymbals.
Eddie joined the band in early 2025 after 40yrs in the music wilderness. Picking up a Marcus Miller jazz bass took over on low end duties. The Beatles, The Jam SLF, Joy Division, The Clash and the White Stripes are some of his faves.
I’ve been into punk since 1983. I love all punk bands and have seen some great gigs, Sham69, Angelic Upstarts, Stiff Little Fingers, UK Subs and Anti Nowhere League are just some of them. I write the lyrics and the rest of the Chronics put the music to them.
